Return Policy
1. All items sold are non-refundable once they leave the store.
2. Please ensure that the product and its packaging are intact. Returned products must be unopened, unused, and free from damage or defects caused by human error, and must retain the complete original packaging (including the outer packaging bag); otherwise, returns will not be accepted.
3. Each order is only eligible for one exchange service. If the customer discovers any quality issues or defects after receiving the goods, they must notify our customer service staff to initiate the return process. Goods can only be returned to the store after confirmation from our customer service staff. No refunds are provided.
4. As product sizes are clearly marked on the website, customers should review and choose the appropriate size before purchasing. Products sold are not eligible for return or exchange except in cases of damage.
5. Once it is confirmed that the purchased item meets the conditions for return or exchange, a representative will contact you to arrange the procedure. You will need to arrange for third-party logistics for the return or exchange, and the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
6. Due to hygiene concerns, products that have been opened and used cannot be returned or exchanged.
7. Pre-ordered products are not eligible for refunds.

10. Delays in shipment due to supplier shipping schedules or lead times are not eligible for refund requests.
